man am i late or what? I love mine. I use pretty large tubs in mine. My boas will live in them until they are about 6ft long. shoe box racks are great for hatchlings. and you can build racks to hold sweaterboxes for juvies. Theky retain humitidy awsome and heat pretty good. My tubs have a 10 degree variant from one side to the other. 86 degrees on the cool side and 96 on the warm side. the belly heat is 101 degrees. easy cleanup too. heres som pics. since i'm not figuring the thumbnail thing to good bare with me
not the prettiest set up, but it will hold 10 tubs

This pic is of a 4ft boa (little over a meter for you metric folk) has a hide box water bowl and plenty of room. I use paper towels on the bottom. When they make a mess i take out the towels , clean everything with Chlorhexidine. put new paper towels in and away they go. everything in the tub is plastic. nothing that will absorb urates or feces.

aboreal animals use taller tubs, but they are also available. lots of benefits if having a fancy cage isn't the most important thing to you. The next cages i'm getting are also plastic, but they are larger and manufactured just for snakes.
Hope it helps,
