They get crix, woodies, mostly, occasional mouse pinkie. get fed every couple of days or so in warmer months, maybe once in 2 weeks during winter.
LOTS of crix & woodies. I found its easier to adlib feed but always keep food like fresh carrot, small lid of gutload in for the food. woodies tend to hide a bit though.
I used to hand feed, the female still will accept from tweezers but the male likes to hunt so I just ad lib.
They do both
earthworms and silkworms though.
