Terms and Conditions Green Python Competition
This competition is a trade lottery conducted by Australian Wildlife Publishers Pty
Ltd, PO Box 4499, Knox City, Victoria, 3152 (ABN 23 112 965 714). Entry is by
sending in a correctly completed entry form available with the purchase of Reptiles
Australia, Volume 3, Issue 6. All correctly completed entries have an equal chance of
winning. The winner will be decided by a draw performed manually by an
independent scrutinizer. The competition will start on 14/08/2007 and will close at
midnight on 30/10/2007. All entries received after this date will be ineligible,
Australian Wildlife Publishers Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for late entries. The
winner/winners will be drawn at 12.00pm on 03/11/2007 at the Australia Reptile Park,
Pacific Highway, Somersby NSW 2250; and will be notified in writing. Winners will
also be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 10/11/2007. Prizes is as follows
1. Green Python Morelia viridis to the value of $9500.00, 2. The book “The More
Complete Chondro” by Greg Maxwell, signed by the author, to the value of $120.00.
Winners have three months from the draw date to claim prizes; unclaimed prizes will
go into a second chance draw, 3 months from the original draw date. NSW Permit

This competition is subject to the following conditions:
Entry is only open to all residents of Australia except Western Australia and
Tasmania.
All entrants must hold the relevant wildlife license for their state.
All entrants must be Australian residents and residing in Australia.
Employees of Australian Wildlife Publishers and their immediate families/partners are
ineligible to enter.
First prize is valued at $9500.00
Second prize is valued at $120.00
All valid entries must consist of full completion of the survey and must be submitted
during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the
nominated prize.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
All prize draws will take place at 12.00pm at the Australian Reptile Park, Somersby
NSW 2250 Australia.
The winner will be notified by phone, email, and mail at the end of the competition.
