A while ago now, a guy had for sale a 2 headed bearded dragon that he had bred, on Australia Petlink; shortly after advertising it however he withdrew the sale and decided tho keep it for himself. Well he recently sent me an updated pic of it, so I thought I'd share. I wouldn't mind having this guy myself!

This is the guys email address skippy39@iinet.net.au When he was selling it he didn't have a price on it but was asking for offers. From what I've heard he got some nasty emails saying he should've either knocked it on its head, or kept it to make sure it survives. On APS there was a thread a mile long about it. Overseas now, there seems to be a trend in having freaks like this in their collections. I don't know if its because they tend to have inbreed lines or what over there but reptiles like this one seem fairly common.

Foxy with the two headed beardies it has nothing to do with inbreeding ... they have done testing and theve inbred generations of beardeds up to 50 times and no diformaties. Actually the best way to get color out of a beardie is breed the first female to hatch out of a clutch with the farther of that female if i remmeber corretly. It has something to do with the incomplete split of a ziorg to get a two headed beardie.

thats a cool pic, it would be great if the owner was to right a bit of an article on it, it would be an interesting read.
